Synopsis
They are going to eat your balls
Las Pollas del Metal (The Metal Dicks), a heavy metal band, are on tour to promote their first album. On the road to Galicia, their van suffers a flat tyre and they have to stay overnight at the "Gutierrez's town", a small village located nowhere. Next day, the town is throwing a festival where its inhabitants celebrate the patron saint's day. The Mayor invites the artists to join the celebration and they accept, without knowing a brutal danger awaits them.

Imagine Midsommar with no budget, no plot, no atmosphere and no ideas beyond eviscerating everyone in sight. All of the minuscule 3k budget was clearly splurged on gore so it didn't leave room for little things like writing (farting often takes the place of dialogue), camerawork (the odd, pointless low-angled shot of grass or tarmac being the only evidence of artistic intent) or extras. At the festival in the small Spanish village where the majority of the film is set, we hear the sounds of celebrations, courtesy of the Foley guy, but whenever the camera pans left or right, the streets are as deserted as the morning after the apocalypse.

You don't have to go to Texas for a chainsaw massacre, but if you're after a Spanish one, then you're best off sticking to Pieces rather than this shamelessly retitled splatter comedy. And it's a dreadfully unfunny, incredibly broad and puerile comedy at that, about a sex-obsessed rock band with very questionable personal hygiene, whose tour takes them to a fatal stop-off in a backwards, backwoods village populated by murderous weirdos. (10) Watch any film that is primarily in Spanish.Strange film where the first 10 mins is a story [in English] about a robbery but quickly switches to following a rock band in Mexico which is all in Spanish. It's almost like 2 different movies combined.
Has a 2nd half that reminds me of the Mexico portion of 3 from Hell but with better gore and practical blood. Also theres a lot more nudity of the Male and female variety. While the gore was impressive the rest of the movie was trash, acting and story included.
If guys getting their dongs bit off sounds good check this out

Another lower-IQ take on a Troma flick. Really over the top and again with an over reliance on fart jokes. However, the gore flows freely and there is even an intestine eating contest. Good choice to make the film an hour long, so it didn't overstay it's welcome.

This movie is brutally bad! Like not just low budget but sophom*orically bad. Fart and pube jokes bad. Even the gore isn’t that good. So disappointed by this one. I had higher hopes.
PS- there was not nearly enough Chainsaw either.

"Spanish Chainsaw Massacre" aka "Carnívoros" drinking game. 👻
As if Troma joined ranks with John Walters & the Farrelly brothers moved to Spain and decided to remake Herschell Gordon Lewis' splatter classic "2000 Maniacs".
This film relentlessly tries to push the boundaries of good taste with varying results, its completely puerile, immature and disgusting but with no real merits! I've discovered the best way to "enjoy" this film is to employ a drinking game!
While i certainly don't condone excessive alcohol consumption it might be the best way to tackle a film about a fat sweaty metal band named "The Metal co*cks" fronted by a heavily pregnant lead singer who constantly farts and smokes her excessive pubic hair, the touring band…
