How to get bjc MyChart? ›

Patient Information. We need some information to grant you a MyChart account. After you submit this request, it may take up to a week for processing and verification. When you're approved, you will receive an email or a letter with your activation code and instructions on how to activate your MyChart account.

Click on the "Preferences" menu and select the "Change E-mail Address" link. You must enter your new email address twice and then click the "Submit Changes" button. This will instantly update your info in MyChart and your electronic medical record.

If you have an e-mail address on file then your MyChart Username will be sent to your e-mail account. If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid e-mail address on file, you will have to contact your MyChart help desk at 614-366-6975 to help you regain access to your MyChart account.

On your mobile device, open the Apple App Store (if you have an iOS device) or the Google Play Store (if you have an Android device). Look for one of the following icons to find the app store on your device: 2. Search for MyChart.

If you try to log in unsuccessfully too many times, you might be locked out of the account. In this case, you won't be able to reset your password yourself. For help resetting passwords and regaining access to your account, please reach out to your healthcare organization's MyChart support desk.

If you decline consent to share your information with affiliated partners, you will have multiple MyChart accounts: one for each organization, each with its own username and password.

Patients who wish to participate will be issued a MyChart activation code during their clinic visit. This code will enable you to log in and create your own username and password. If you were not issued an activation code, you may call your primary care clinic to get one or ask to sign up during your next office visit.

MyChart is EPIC's patient portal. MyChart is a secure means for patients to access parts of their health records through a web browser and cell-phone apps.
